Being online and on all different social media websites can be fun at times, showing everyone where you are and what you are doing, posting pictures and sharing memories, everything we post is to either make ourselves look better or to show everyone what we are and what we are doing. Make sure that your digital footprint is somewhat that you want everyone and anyone to see. In other words, social media can harm you and your job. Before getting hired, a background check is usually done on you by the person that is looking to hire you. IF THIS, THAN THAT is a free web-based service to create chains of simple conditional statements called applets. Web services that use IFTTT are Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Telegram. IFTTT helps devices all work together. It works with over 160 devices and web services. The app does a great job of connecting all of your devices and services all together in an easy and simple way. You have to allow It to have control of each account that you own in order for It to work. You can use IFTTT as a way to share your Instagram Photos. Using IFTTT while trying to post an Instagram photo will post It directly to your twitter, but not how It normally would post if you shared It directly from the Instagram app. It will post It as an actual picture and not just a URL. IFTTT will also save all of your Instagram Uploads into a folder on your google drive account, and then you can share with anyone that has access to the drive. Google is home to so many different ways to access the Internet. You can search something in the search bar and find out so many discussions and articles and pages based on what you search.  Searching on Google can also be hard at time, do to all the different ads and non-useful information that might pop up. One thing you can do is start typing in the search bar and actually looking through the suggested topics that pop up. It may not say exactly what you want but in ways in can give you the information that you need. You can also look up related sites that go along with your topics by typing in "related: (website name)".
