Chapter 5, "Social networking sites that help you shine online", talk about how you can be presented positively online for everyone to see. In my class, we learned abut VR and AR. We talked with Jaime Donally (@JaimeDonallyabout VR, and all different ways that It can be used in all different fields and experiments. You can use VR to connect with a classroom as an Educator and get them more interactive with learning. Being in the health field, you can get more of a hands on way of learning and teaching as well, with all different medical ways.

AR can help change the way surgery is done and overall make it safer. An article written by Sarah Murthi, and Amitabh Varshney, "How Augmented Reality will make surgery safer". While in surgery, a surgeon may see things that are not actually visible while performing tasks that are hands on. "In such a scenario, the headset might display a hovering echocardiogram with vital signs and data on the characteristics of the patient’s aneurysm directly above the surgical field" (Murthi, Varshney, 2018). They can have all of their attention on their patient at all times, without having to stop and look away to gain important detail. The authors of this article talk about how It can reduce the medical errors and increase the ability of saving patients. Although this isn't a set and stone event, people are investing in the thought of having AR in the surgery to overall create a safer and smarter environment.

K.R. Sanjiv, Wipro, wrote an article about "How VR and AR will be training tomorrow's workforce".   Creating AR and VR tasks is creating a way to teach and not harm. "n both of these industries, trainees can use VR to practice essential skills without placing lives at risk." (Wipro, 2016). VR and AR is like the saying, "Practice makes Perfect", but with practice in a field such as medicine, can cost a life, with AR and VR, you are not risking any ones life. The only downfall that comes with this technology based learning experience is the cost. A VR device can cost at least 3 thousand per device.

VR can help you have a hands on experience with what you are learned and enhance It to the best way possible. VR programs such as public speaking to where It can give you feedback about how many times you said "um, like, so" and eye contact, how you engaged with your crowd. "add a VR component to your training" gives ways in which VR can give you the little extra boost you need. You can standout above the rest with the VR, giving better feedback and activity levels. Having classes to help with the VR as well will even give a better outcome for everything that VR has to offer.
